How do I track my delivery?
We usually use DHL for international delivery or Royal mail for UK Delivery. We will email you a tracking number once we have received your order and you can go to Royal Mail or DHL to track your delivery.
How do I know my order has been received?
Once you pay through paypal we will send out a notification of your ordered received.
How long does it take to ship?
We usually ship within one working day for the UK. For international delivery you should receive your delivery within 5 working days. You can also track your delivery via DHL for international and Royal Mail for UK.
The website is slowing down considerably whilst browsing, how do I fix this?
At BoutiqBou we understand that browsing with speed is very important to view our Products. We would suggest that you do not open too many tabs in order to avoid slow browsing. Please note visiting our website for the first time would take time to load as the website cookie has only just registered on to your browsers cookies. Once this is done, visiting our website for the second time would be much faster.
Having too many applications running will slow down browsing.
Do you have tips on hair care products?

Do you sell wholesale?
Currently we do not have wholesale, but will be doing so in the near future.
Do you only accept PayPal?
We accept paypal and other debit and credit cards via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account you can still pay with your debit or credit card. Please note PayPal is very secure. Please read our payment page.
How do I know the right size of dress to buy?
We have place measurement of our dresses on our site. Please measure your Bust, Waist and Hip before buying. Our dresses come with standardized high street measurement.
How do I leave a review?
Just click on the forum menu or the comment box on the left hand side of our website and that should take you to our forum community page once you are signed in via our login button at the top of our website. You can leave us a review, ideas and even chat to other members on our forum.
How do I sign up or sign in?
When you visit any of our pages at BoutiqBou.com there is a login/sign up button at the very top of the page next to the search bar and you can login and sign up there using your own email or sign up using your Facebook or Gmail account.
How often do you have sales?
We have sales on a regular basis on our website. We would recommend you follow us on our social media so you can be notified.

Yes absolutely safe with our 256 bit encryption. You are definitely safe to browse our website with your login information.
How do I change my profile picture?
Once logged in to our website please click the profile picture Icon at the top of our homepage, click the edit profile button and click on your profile image and this will create a pop up screen that links to your device or computer, select your image you want to upload click “ok” or “Open” on the pop up screen, once uploaded click the confirm button to save your changes.
How do I see all my posts and comments?
Once logged in click your profile picture icon, this will take you to your profile and there at the bottom of edit profile you will see all your posts and comments.
How do I delete a post I posted?
Once logged in click your profile picture icon, this will take you to your profile and there at the bottom of edit profile you will see all your posts and comments. Simply click the 3 dots next to the post you want to delete and click delete post and this will pop up a confirmation screen click confirm to permanently delete the post.

How do I delete a comment I posted?
Once logged in click your profile picture icon, this will take you to your profile and there at the bottom of edit profile you will see all your posts and comments. Simply click the 3 dots next to the comment you want to delete and click delete comment and this will pop up a confirmation screen click confirm to permanently delete the comment.
How do I know if am logged in?
Once logged in to our website you will be redirected back to the page you were on before you clicked the login button. The login button changes once you are logged in and shows a Bell Sign and your Profile Picture so you know you are definitely logged in.

It’s a case of going into our forum community page once you are signed in via our login button at the top of our website. Go into our feedback category and leave us a comment.

To see your profile on our website, simply login and click your profile picture and this will take you to your profile on our website.

How do I change a comment?
At the moment it is impossible to change a comment you have posted. However you can delete the comment you don’t want and repost another comment and that will solve the comment problem.
How do I share a comment?
Once you’ve found the particular comment you would like to share simply click the 3 dots at the right hand side of the comment and click share comment, and this will open up some social networks you can share the comments to or you can copy the link to the comment and share the link.
How do I follow a member?
On the member forum page click on the members name, then click “follow” on the members profile page.
How do I change my email notification settings on my profile?
Once in your profile page click the 3 dots on top right hand side of your profile and click settings and choose which type of notification can be emailed to you.
